hello, i'm Tracy White

Celebrating 34 years in the mortgage business! My career started with Waterfield and now I am coming full circle and working with so many of the same talented people. Although the business has changed dramatically over 30+ years, my underlying passion for what I do remains the same. I still get such a thrill from helping people navigate the mortgage process and select the best mortgage program for their family’s unique needs. I have been so lucky to work with some of the top Realtors and Builders in our area over the years and consider many friends. I take great pride in working with some of the same customers that I did all those years ago, helping with their first home, second home, refinancing, vacation homes… and now helping their children and (gasp!) grandchildren!

I share my home with my husband and four dogs. My non-working hours are spent enjoying my family and friends, the lake and all things dog. I travel often to dog shows and my therapy dog Norman and I love to visit nursing homes and hospitals. I have recently joined a search and rescue K-9 team with my dog Daryl and very much enjoy this new adventure.
