He went above and beyond and saying that still feels little. He helped us in so may ways, always responding fast and looking for ways to help us. We thought that closing on this loan was not going to be possible but he was the most persistent person in looking for ways on looking for new possibilities, going above and beyond all the time. Dave above and beyond, not every loan officer try a new product and one as a USDA reno loan. Also, he knew money was tight and worked everything out for us. Not just that, but coordinated across everyone involved to get stuff done, not everyone does that.
